The Religious Congregation of Mary Immaculate Queen (Congregatio Mariae Regina Immaculatae - CMRI)

Bishop's coat of arms

Introduction by
Bishop Mark Pivarunas, CMRI

Welcome to a unique opportunity to visit the Religious Congregation of Mary Immaculate Queen, also known as CMRI, through this web site.

As you review the various pages of this web site, you will see that the Priests, Brothers, and Sisters of this Religious Congregation are dedicated to the preservation of the Roman Catholic Faith, as it has been taught for nearly 2,000 years, and to the spread of the message of Our Lady of Fatima.

In browsing our web site, you will see that our Congregation carries on various apostolates to promote the spread of the true Faith. These apostolates include parish work, teaching in schools, publishing Catholic literature, and performing missionary work throughout the world.

We hope this review of CMRI will also assist you in understanding the reasons why young men and women have left all behind to follow Jesus Christ in this Religious Congregation since its inception in 1967. They live the religious life as it had always been traditionally practiced in the Catholic Church prior to the radical changes introduced into most religious orders and congregations following the Second Vatican Council.

We hope that you will find the answers to most of your questions, and at the same time, enjoy your tour of the Congregation. May God bless you.
