Speakers will include:

Most Rev. Mark A. Pivarunas, CMRI: Since his elevation to the episcopacy in 1991, Bishop Pivarunas has served as rector of Mater Dei Seminary in Omaha, Nebraska, where he is also pastor of Mary Immaculate Church. His travels in conferring the sacraments extend throughout the United States, as well as to Canada, Mexico, South America and Europe. He is also currently the Superior General of the Congregation of Mary Immaculate Queen, of which Mount St. Michael is the primary religious house.

Fr. Casimir Puskorius, CMRI, ordained to the holy priesthood in 1986, has served at parishes in various parts of the country. He has been pastor at Mount St. Michael since 2001.

Fr. Benedict Hughes, CMRI, brings to the Conference over 30 years of priestly experience. At present he is pastor of Mary Immaculate Queen Church in Rathdrum, Idaho, as well as founder and rector of St. Joseph’s Minor Seminary. Father is also a missionary to Montana and New England.

Fr. Brendan Hughes, CMRI, entered the Congregation of Mary Immaculate Queen in 1979 and was ordained on May 20, 1989. He has been pastor of Immaculate Conception Church in St. Cloud, Minnesota, since 1992. Besides teaching in the seminary, he has taught high school both here at the Mount and at Immaculate Conception for many years.

Fr. Ephrem Cordova, CMRI, was ordained on March 10, 1990. He is the pastor of Queen of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Phoenix, Arizona, and also serves chapels in Tucson, Snowflake, and Yuma, Arizona. Father will be speaking on Mother Teresa and the canonizations of the Conciliar Church.

Fr. Dominic Radecki, CMRI, and his identical twin, Fr. Francisco Radecki, who have authored two books on the crisis in the Catholic Church, were born in Toledo, Ohio. Both are members of the Congregation of Mary Immaculate Queen and were ordained to the priesthood at Mount St. Michael on May 27, 1988. Fr. Dominic has been pastor of Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Newhall, California, for 23 years.

Fr. Gabriel Lavery, CMRI, was ordained to the Holy Priesthood in 2003. Father has assisted Fr. Benedict Hughes with the minor seminary and traveled on different missions all over the country. Father is currently teaching at St. Michael’s Academy and is Pastor of Our Lady of the Snows Parish in Denver, Colorado.

Fr. Michael J. Anaya was ordained to the holy priesthood in 1997. He is currently the dean of students at St. Michael’s Academy and is an assistant pastor at Mount St. Michael. Father will serve as the moderator and emcee for this year’s Conference.

Fr. Michael Oswalt is a formerly ordained Vatican II priest who realized soon after his ordination that there were serious discrepancies between the teachings of the Catholic Church prior to 1960 and those taught after Vatican II. This led to his leaving the Conciliar Church and eventually coming to Mount Saint Michael, where, after study and spiritual preparation, he was ordained in the traditional rite on June 29. Father continues to reside at the Mount, where he teaches in St. Michael’s Academy.

Mr. Mario Derksen, M.A., a native of Germany, is a convert to sedevacantism (2003). A student of classical Thomistic philosophy, Mr. Derksen has a specialized interest in refuting the errors of modern philosophy. He holds a B.A. in philosophy from Florida Atlantic University (2000) and an M.A. in philosophy from Holy Apostles College & Seminary (2004). His master’s thesis, “Against the Skeptics: How Thomist Realism Refutes Radical Skepticism” (2004), takes to task some of the most fundamental errors in modern philosophy. In 2007, Mr. Derksen began doing in-depth research on the theological issues surrounding the Thuc bishops. His Open Letter to Bishop Clarence Kelly on the “Thuc Bishops” and the Errors in “The Sacred and the Profane” (available at www.ThucBishops.com) is the fruit of this work and was published on January 18, 2011. To date, the Society of St. Pius V has not offered a response to this challenge. He will be speaking on the consecrations of the Thuc bishops on Saturday night.
